Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist having 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in managing paid media campaigns across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and others.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with content, creative, and product teams to develop compelling campaign assets and landing pages.
  • Own daily budget pacing, bid strategy, and audience segmentation for optimal results.
  • Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
  • Generate performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders on a weekly/monthly basis.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in ad platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic/display platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with dashboards like Data Studio, Tableau, or similar is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, etc.
  • Ability to manage and optimize large-scale digital ad budgets.
  • Understanding of customer funnels and CRO (conversion rate optimization) principles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
