We are looking for a motivated and confident Female Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound & inbound calls, generating leads, arranging client meetings, and closing sales deals over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls & inbounds to prospective clients and pitch products/services.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Follow up with potential clients via calls, emails, or messages.
  • Schedule  appointments/meetings for senior sales representatives.
  • Maintain an organized database of calls, leads, and follow-up actions using CRM tools.
  • Handle customer questions, objections, and resolve issues professionally.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities with closed-lost leads for re-engagement.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaign improvements.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate – preferred due to communication dynamics with target audience.
  • Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Prior experience in Telesales / Call Center / Customer Service (2+ year preferred).
  • Excellent spoken Urdu and English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a sales-driven attitude.
  • Confidence in handling cold calls, objections, and negotiations.
  • Basic knowledge of Hubspot CRM or MS Excel is a plus.
